Finance Manager

We are urgently seeking Finance Manager that will lead and manage the finance team, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and strategic financial planning. This role requires strong leadership, a solid foundation in finance and accounting, and expertise in financial systems, particularly SAP.

Position : Finance Manager
Status : Contract 6 months under PERSOLKELLY Workforce Solutions Malaysia Sdn Bhd & will be converted to Permanent upon client decision.
Location : Taman Teknologi, Senai
Background : Metal Sheet Manufacturer
Working Days : Monday - Friday
Working Hours : 08.30 am – 5.30 pm
Salary : RM 7,500 – RM 8,500
Allowance : Transport RM500
Cut Off and Pay Out : Cut Off by end of month, Pay Out by 7th

Requirement:

1. Education : Possess Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting.
2. Years Experiences : Minimum 5 years (Looking for candidate have experience as Supervisor / Assistant Finance Manager).
3. Language : English required
4. Strong leadership and management skills.
5. Solid background in finance and accounting.
6. Proficiency in various financial systems, with particular expertise in SAP.
7. Ability to collaborate across departments and support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the finance team to ensure high performance and professional development.
2. Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
3. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, internal policies, and accounting standards.
4. Implement and optimize financial systems, with a focus on SAP, to improve efficiency and accuracy.
5. Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decisions and business growth.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with organizational objectives.
7. Monitor cash flow, manage risk, and ensure effective internal controls.
