Finance Manager

About the role

This role involves developing and implementing financial strategies and policies, preparing and analyzing financial reports and statements, and overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. You will manage cash flow, monitor and control expenses, identify and mitigate financial risks, and ensure adherence to financial regulations and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies and policies
• Prepare and analyze financial reports and statements
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Manage cash flow and ensure timely payment of obligations
• Monitor and control expenses to optimize costs
• Identify and mitigate financial risks
• Adhere to financial regulations and compliance standards
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial support and analysis
• Continuously improve financial processes and systems

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in financial management
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QNE, SAP, Oracle)
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• CPA certification or other relevant financial certifications (preferred)
• Knowledge of tax laws and regulations (preferred)
• Ability to lead and mentor financial team (preferred)
