财务经理 (Finance Manager)

Job Responsibilities:

Accounting & Bookkeeping

• Responsible for daily voucher review, data entry and account recording to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial data.
• Complete monthly closing and prepare financial statements (e.g. Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Statement, etc.).
• Handle bank and cash reconciliations as well as accounts receivable & payable reconciliation, and regularly clear discrepancies.

Tax Management & Filing

• Calculate, file and settle various taxes (including VAT, Corporate Income Tax, etc.) in a timely manner.
• Support tax audits, keep abreast of tax policy changes and optimise tax planning solutions.
• Manage invoice issuance, verification and custody to ensure full compliance.

Budgeting & Cost Control

• Assist in preparing the annual financial budget, monitor execution and regularly analyse variances.
• Monitor cost and expense spending and provide suggestions for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
• Participate in expense claim reviews to ensure compliance with company policies and budget standards.

Financial Analysis & Reporting

• Regularly analyse business data and prepare financial analysis reports to support management decision-making.
• Assist in optimising financial processes and internal control systems to prevent financial risks.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required documents and following up on rectification matters.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in full-set accounting or key modules (general ledger, tax, costing, etc.) in a corporate environment.
• Proven experience in independently completing monthly and year-end closing as well as preparing financial statements.
• Practical experience in tax filing, cost control or budget analysis; candidates with tax optimisation cases preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines.
• Ability to handle cross-border tax and accounting matters (if applicable to the role).
• Have full knowledge in compliance with the Financial Resources Rules (FRR) and can handle full set of accounts for SFC Type 1, 2, 4, 6 and 9 regulated activities is an advantage.

• 負責日常憑證審核、輸入及帳目登記，確保財務資料準確及時。

• 處理銀行、現金對帳及往來款項核算，定期清理差異項。

稅務管理與申報

• 按時完成各項稅費（增值稅、所得稅等）的計算、申報及繳交。
• 配合稅務稽查，及時跟進稅務政策變化，優化稅務規劃方案。
• 管理發票開立、認證及保管，確保合規性。

預算與成本控制

• 協助編制年度財務預算，追蹤執行情況並定期分析差異。
• 監控成本費用支出，提出降本增效建議。
• 參與費用報銷審核，確保符合公司制度與預算標準。

財務分析與報告

• 定期分析經營數據，編製財務分析報告，支援管理階層決策。
• 協助優化財務流程及內部控制制度，預防財務風險。
• 配合內外稽核工作，提供所需資料並跟進整改事項。

要求：

• 具備 3-5 年企業財務全盤帳務處理或主要模組（總帳、稅務、成本等）工作經驗。
• 有獨立完成每月、年度結帳及財務報表編制經驗。
• 具備稅務申報、成本管控或預算分析等相關實務經驗，有財稅優化個案者優先。
• 財會、金融等相關專業本科及以上學歷。
• 跨國業務財稅處理能力（如崗位涉及）。
• 熟悉財務資源規則 (FRR)，並能處理證監會第 1、2、4、6 及 9 類受規管活動全套帳目者優先考慮。
