Finance Manager

Financial Reporting & Accounting

• Oversee the full set of accounts, including GL, AP, AR and bank reconciliations
• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
• Prepare statutory financial statements in accordance with SFRS
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes
• Perform group consolidation and intercompany reconciliations
• Support financial reporting across multiple entities within the group

Budgeting & Financial Analysis

• Support annual budgeting and forecasting exercises
• Monitor financial performance and prepare variance analysis
• Provide financial insights and analysis to support management decisions

Business Partnering

• Work with business teams to understand the financial implications of business decisions
• Provide financial insights and analysis to support business growth and profitability
• Analyse financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, operations and marketing

Compliance & Audit

• Ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS)
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents and corporate service providers
• Prepare audit schedules and support statutory filings
• Prepare and review GST returns, tax filings and related compliance requirements

Cash Flow & Process Improvement

• Monitor cash flow and working capital
• Manage banking transactions and payments
• Review and improve finance processes and internal controls

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
• 6 – 10 years of relevant finance / accounting experience
• Experience handling full set of accounts and financial reporting
• Experience with financial consolidation and intercompany reconciliations
• Familiarity with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting / ERP systems
• Good analytical and communication skills
• Big 4 audit experience
