As a Finance Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring our products and services meet the highest standards of financial excellence and value, while driving continuous improvement across financial systems, operational processes, and overall customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Responsible for full-process accounting (GL, AR/AP, cost, inventory, fixed assets) for both ADAS and Wiper divisions, ensure timely month-end closing and accurate financial/management reports
2. Establish and maintain standard & actual cost for ADAS and wiper products; track BOM, labor, scrap and manufacturing overhead; conduct cost analysis and drive cost reduction.
3. Organize annual budget and rolling forecast, monitor variance analysis; provide financial evaluation for new projects, quotation and customer profitability.
4. Manage cash planning, payment approval and cash flow; familiar with Malaysia tax, foreign exchange and local compliance requirements, ensure accurate and timely tax filing.
5. Responsible for Kingdee ERP daily operation, data quality, user authorization and closing rules; optimize business-finance integrated processes.

Requirements Must-have

• Bachelor degree or above in Finance/Accounting; professional certification (CPA/ACCA/CMA etc.) is preferred.
• At least 5 years of manufacturing finance experience; automotive components experience is highly preferred.
• Proficient in Kingdee ERP, especially in cost, inventory and general ledger modules.
• Familiar with Malaysia taxation, foreign exchange regulations and overseas plant operation.
• Fluent in both English and Chinese (written & spoken) for working purposes.
• Strong cost awareness, data analysis, cross-departmental communication and risk control skills.
