Finance Manager

We are seeking a fully qualified Finance Manager to strengthen our finance function, ensuring strong financial governance, operational excellence and accurate financial reporting while supporting the company’s continued growth.

Responsibilities:

Financial Management & Reporting

• Oversee all day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, payroll, payments, reconciliations, and month-end close processes.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including management accounts, consolidations, and group-level P&L reporting.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes in line with business objectives.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to support operational efficiency.
• Maintain oversight of tax compliance, regulatory filings, and statutory requirements.
• Prepare financial analysis and reports to support decision-making by senior leadership.

Compliance, Controls & Risk Management

• Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with financial regulations across operating jurisdictions.
• Support audit processes and coordinate with external auditors and advisors.
• Partner with legal and compliance teams on financial matters related to licensing, gaming regulations, and AML obligations.
• Identify financial risks and support the implementation of mitigation measures to protect company assets.

Stakeholder & Business Support

• Act as a key finance point of contact for internal stakeholders across departments.
• Build and maintain relationships with auditors, banks, payment providers, and external partners.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support operational and strategic decisions.
• Assist senior leadership with financial performance reviews and business planning.

Team Management & Process Improvement

• Support, mentor, and develop members of the finance team to ensure strong performance and collaboration.
• Drive continuous improvement in finance processes, controls, and reporting efficiency.
• Support automation and digital improvements within the finance function to enhance scalability and accuracy.

About You:

• Fully qualified finance professional with previous experience as a Finance Manager or similar role within the iGaming industry (B2C).
• Strong experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Proven track record managing end-to-end financial operations, including accounting, payroll, payments, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Solid experience in cash flow management, working capital optimisation, and financial performance monitoring.
• Good understanding of financial regulations, tax compliance, reporting standards, and audit processes.
• Experience working within regulated environments; exposure to gaming regulations and AML requirements is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial insights clearly to senior stakeholders.
• Experience managing or mentoring finance team members in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.
