Job Title: Finance Manager

Job Objective:
To manage the company’s financial activities, ensure proper accounting, control expenses, and provide accurate financial information to management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day finance and accounting activities.
• Prepare and review financial statements and reports.
• Monitor cash flow, payments, receipts, and bank transactions.
• Prepare budgets and monitor expenses.
• Ensure timely payment of statutory dues such as GST, TDS, PF and ESI.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks and financial institutions.
• Check and approve invoices, vouchers and financial documents.
• Monitor accounts receivable and payable.
• Maintain proper financial records and documentation.
• Provide financial analysis and reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and applicable laws.
• Support management in financial planning and decision-making.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of accounting and finance.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS and other statutory requirements.
• Good Excel and accounting software skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Good communication and team-management skills.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualification & Experience

• Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
• Experience: 5–8 years of experience in Finance & Accounts.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
