FINANCE MANAGER

• Responsible for overseeing financial reporting, statutory compliance, and audit coordination to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes, strengthen internal controls, and ensure compliance with MFRS/IFRS standards.
• Play a key role in preparing the company for potential IPO readiness by ensuring financial records are complete, well-documented, and audit-ready.
• Support financial analysis, budgeting processes, and continuous improvement of finance operations within a structured finance function.

Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent. Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, or MIA membership are preferred.
• Minimum 5–10 years of relevant working experience in a related field. Exposure to Big 10 audit firms or a listed company environment will be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of MFRS/IFRS and financial reporting standards.
• Experience in financial reporting, month-end closing, and audit coordination.
• Good understanding of statutory compliance and internal controls.
• Ability to support IPO readiness and financial data preparation.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
• Experience in internal control and SOP implementation.
• Exposure to IPO readiness or due diligence processes will be an added advantage.
• Excellent multitasking skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines and a strong work ethic.
• Self-motivated, with a positive working attitude and the ability to work independently.
