Finance Manager

About the role

Responsible for managing, controlling, and executing all financial operations, financial planning, cash flow management, corporate investments, and cost analysis within automotive parts manufacturing. The role ensures optimal financial performance, compliance with financial standards, and alignment with overall corporate strategy to drive sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and oversee daily cash flow operations and working capital to maintain healthy liquidity levels
• Manage banking relationships, secure credit facilities, and oversee Trade Finance structures tailored to the automotive supply chain
• Prepare annual operating budgets, long-term financial forecasts, and variance analyses comparing actuals against projected targets
• Evaluate key financial metrics, identify risk exposures, and deliver actionable insights to senior executive leadership to drive profitability and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with Production and Procurement teams to analyze manufacturing cost accounting (COGS) for automotive parts and wheel balancing products
• Evaluate capital expenditures (CAPEX), assessing ROI and payback periods for new machinery, automation, and plant expansion projects
• Mitigate foreign exchange risks (FX Hedging) related to imported raw materials and international product exports
• Establish and maintain robust internal financial controls, ensuring strict adherence to statutory tax obligations, legal regulations, and corporate accounting standards
• Prepare comprehensive executive financial reports and strategic business performance presentations for the Board of Directors
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to ensure high performance and compliance with company policies

About you

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields
• CPA, CFA, or MBA is a strong plus
• Minimum 7–10 years of overall experience in finance, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role within manufacturing or automotive parts industries
• Solid expertise in standard manufacturing cost accounting, inventory management, and plant operations
• Strong proficiency in FX management and international financial transactions
• Advanced command of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or equivalent industrial platforms) and Microsoft Excel
• Strategic mindset, analytical sharpness, and strong problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent leadership and negotiation skills
