Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Senior Finance Manager to lead our Finance & Accounts function at our Head Office in Sector 62, Noida. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in financial operations, statutory compliance, taxation, audits, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Finance & Accounts operations and ensure smooth financial processes.
• Lead and supervise the finance team, ensuring timely completion of assigned activities.
• Oversee GST, TDS, income tax, audit, and other statutory compliances.
• Ensure timely filing of GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory requirements.
• Review and monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and general accounting.
• Prepare and review financial reports, MIS, and management reports.
• Ensure proper maintenance of books of accounts and financial records.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor cash flow, expenses, outstanding payments, and financial transactions.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Identify financial risks and implement appropriate controls and corrective measures.
• Support management in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting; CA/CS qualification will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, audits, and statutory compliance.
• Experience in managing and leading finance teams.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Tally/Tally Prime and MS Office.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple financial activities efficiently.
