Finance Manager

About the role

Lead the execution and oversight of core financial operations, cash management, and data controls across multi-channel business operations. This role focuses on optimizing operational workflows, enforcing internal control frameworks, leveraging ERP systems, and safeguarding liquid assets to maintain strong organizational liquidity and compliance.

Working policy: Monday-Friday (08.00-17.00)

Salary: Up to 120K

Location: Pathum Thani

Key responsibilities

• Treasury & Liquidity Management: Oversee operational cash flow, liquidity planning, payment execution, and strict compliance with bank credit covenants.
• Operational Control & Revenue Accounting: Manage end-to-end operational accounting across online and physical retail networks, ensuring accuracy in high-volume, multi-channel revenue processing.
• Financial Reporting & Closing: Monitor and streamline month-end closing processes, financial analysis, and reporting to deliver reliable financial metrics for executive decision-making.
• System Optimization & Governance: Maximize Oracle ERP functionality to automate treasury and accounting processes, refine risk controls, and enhance data integrity.
• Audit & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary interface for shared services, external auditors, internal risk teams, and affiliated entities.
• Team Leadership: Direct, coach, and elevate the performance of the finance operations team to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 5–8 years in financial operations or treasury (preferably in retail, multi-site, or fast-paced industries), with at least 2–5 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP and modern payment execution systems.
• In-depth understanding of internal control structures, treasury risk, and financial governance frameworks.
• High-level problem-solving ability, process-oriented mindset, and strong cross-functional coordination skills.
• Business proficiency in English (written and spoken).
