Finance Manager

About the role

Oversee and manage the end-to-end financial operations processes, including treasury operations, cash management, payment processing, and ERP data control. This role focuses on driving process efficiency, strengthening internal controls, ensuring data accuracy, and maintaining seamless operational cash flow to support business activities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement accounting and treasury policies and operational standards to ensure effective financial management, strong internal controls, and sound financial governance.
• Oversee end-to-end finance operations including financial reporting and financial analysis.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial and accounting records, financial reporting, financial analysis, and monthly closing to support management decision-making.
• Manage treasury operations, including cash flow monitoring, liquidity management, and payment processes.
• Oversee complex financial transactions across multiple revenue channels (online and onsite 200 branches).
• Monitor key operational KPIs such as physician payments, vendor payments, inventory counts, asset capitalization, and closing timelines.
• Coordinate with shared accounting service providers, external auditors, and internal auditors to ensure compliance with accounting standards, government requirements, and regulations.
• Strengthen internal controls and improve accounting and treasury processes through ORACLE systems and technology enhancements.
• Lead and develop the finance, budget and wealth team to drive performance and operational efficiency.
• Manage and control compliance against all credit facilities covenants.

About you

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Financial Operations, Treasury Operations, or related operational finance functions.
• At least 2–5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
• Strong proficiency and hands-on experience with ORACLE systems and payment systems.
• Solid understanding of internal control frameworks and cash management risk controls.
• Strong problem-solving, process-oriented mindset, and excellent coordination skills.
• Good command of English (both spoken and written) is preferred.
