Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Finance Manager to lead our financial operations and drive fiscal excellence across the organization. This pivotal role involves overseeing financial planning, reporting, and analysis to support sustainable growth and compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive financial strategies, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning to optimize organizational performance.
• Oversee the preparation of accurate financial statements, reports, and analyses in accordance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles), IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards), and ASC 606 revenue recognition standards.
• Manage all aspects of corporate accounting functions such as general ledger reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable, cost accounting, and cash flow analysis.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and implementing necessary controls.
• Supervise treasury management activities including cash flow management, investment oversight, and risk analysis to safeguard assets and maximize returns.
• Drive risk management initiatives by analyzing financial risks associated with investments, operations, and market fluctuations; develop mitigation strategies accordingly.
• Utilize data analytics tools to interpret complex financial data, develop financial projection models, and support strategic decision-making processes.
• Lead the finance team through effective management practices that promote professional growth while ensuring high standards of accuracy in all financial operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in financial management or finance directorship roles within diverse industries; strong background in industry-specific financial regulations is preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of accounting systems, software (such as ERP platforms), Excel data analysis techniques, and technical accounting standards including GAAP and IFRS.
• Demonstrated expertise in corporate finance, cost control, budget development, forecasting, and profit & loss analysis.
• Strong understanding of governmental accounting practices as well as non-profit accounting if applicable.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively while fostering a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement.
• Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in risk analysis, financial modeling development, and data-driven decision-making tools.
• Ability to interpret complex financial reports accurately and communicate insights clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; advanced certifications such as CPA or CFA are highly desirable.

Pay: $98,004.71 - $118,027.17 per year
