Finance Manager

The Finance Manager will oversee ADAMCO’s financial operations, ensuring sound fiscal management, compliance, and strategic planning to support the company’s growth. This role requires a proactive leader who can balance day-to-day financial control with long-term business strategy in a dynamic agricultural distribution environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Planning & Analysis
• Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
• Provide insights to management for strategic decision-making.
• Accounting & Reporting
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Cash Flow & Treasury Management
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships.
• Supervise treasury operations including payments, collections, and fund allocations.
• Internal Controls & Compliance
• Implement strong internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Ensure adherence to government regulations and corporate policies.
• Team Leadership
• Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team.
