Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, accounting, reporting, taxation, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate should have strong financial expertise, analytical skills, and the ability to manage a finance team while ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
• Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, budgets, and cash-flow statements.
• Monitor accounts payable, receivable, billing, collections, and expenses.
• Handle and review GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
• Ensure timely closure and finalization of accounts.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and overall financial performance.
• Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to management for decision-making.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and other financial stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal policies, and applicable regulations.
• Identify financial risks and implement appropriate controls.
• Supervise, guide, and review the work of accountants and junior finance team members.
• Improve accounting processes and introduce automation and efficiency measures wherever possible.

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• CA / MBA Finance / M.Com qualification will be preferred.
• Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in finance and accounting.
• Strong knowledge of Accounting, GST, TDS, Income Tax, Auditing, and Financial Reporting.
• Good command of MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and team-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet strict deadlines.
• High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
