Position: Finance Manager

🔹 Key Responsibilities

1. Supervise and manage the company’s cash flow—both inflows and outflows—to ensure maximum efficiency and maintain adequate financial liquidity for the company and its affiliates.
2. Analyze financial statements and prepare financial reports for management, ensuring that all expenses align with company policies.
3. Monitor and control credit lines to maintain appropriate levels of liquidity; oversee billing, cheque collection, and follow up on overdue accounts receivable.
4. Manage and develop subordinates’ capabilities, ensuring effective communication of company policies, procedures, and goals within the team.
5. Develop and implement financial strategies to support executive decision-making and align with corporate direction.
6. Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, and external agencies to ensure optimal financial efficiency and benefits for the company.

• Financial Modeling: Ability to create and analyze financial models to evaluate various business scenarios and support strategic decision-making.
• Scenario Analysis: Strong analytical skills to assess financial implications of different business situations for proactive planning.
• Financial Risk Management: Understanding and evaluating financial risks such as exchange rate fluctuations, interest rate changes, and liquidity risks.
• Negotiation Skills: Excellent negotiation skills with financial institutions, clients, and external partners to achieve the company’s best interests.
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team to achieve performance goals effectively.

🔹 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management and at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with SAP system is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Professional certifications such as CFA, CFP, or CPA will be considered a strong advantage.
