Finance Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with Thai financial regulations and standards, including all tax-related compliance, including but not limited to: CIT, VAT declaration, import tax, etc.
• Monitor cash flow and financial performance.
• Work closely with other departments to provide financial insights and support.
• Implement financial controls and risk assessment measures.
• Coordinate and manage external audits, ensuring timely and accurate completion of audit requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or CFA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Essential for ensuring compliance and effective financial management within the local context.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with D365 would be a great advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in Thai and English is essential.
