Finance Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead our financial operations with a strong focus on Treasury Management, Cash Flow Forecasting, and Risk Mitigation.

1. Cash Flow & Liquidity Management

• Develop and maintain comprehensive cash flow forecasts (Monthly, Rolling forecasts, and Annual budgets).
• Monitor daily cash positions and optimize cash balances to ensure adequate liquidity.
• Manage operational cash reserves and excess cash to maximize returns while controlling risk.

2. Treasury & Banking Operations

• Oversee company payment processes, ensuring high accuracy and compliance with internal controls.
• Coordinate with financial institutions to establish credit facilities and maintain strong banking relationships.
• Prepare and present regular reports on cash flow, liquidity, and treasury activities to management.

3. Financial Risk & FX Management

• Manage foreign exchange transactions, forward contracts, and hedging strategies to mitigate currency risks.

4. Strategic Financial Analysis & Support

• Analyze financial data and working capital to provide insights and recommendations for business performance improvements and strategic decision-making.
• Assist in project evaluations, capital expenditures (CapEx), and resource allocation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to support operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in Treasury Management, Cash Flow Forecasting, or a related financial role (Experience in the automotive industry is a strong plus).
• Proficiency in financial modeling, cash flow forecasting, and treasury management systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Good command of English communication.
