What they need
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
- CA / ACCA / CMA / CPA preferred.
- 3–5 years of relevant finance/accounting experience, preferably in construction and/or real estate.
- Experience in project accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management, and cost control.
- Good understanding of project P&L, WIP, retentions, variations, claims, and subcontractor accounting.
- Strong Excel and ERP/accounting software skills.
- Qatar/GCC experience needed.
- Must be in Qatar with valid QID / NOC
