Finance Manager

Responsibilities

·         Oversee the daily operation of the accounting team

·         Review and analysis of consolidation journals and monthly consolidated financial statements

·         Review and analysis of the forecast consolidated financial statements

·         Manage cashflow, project cash and hedging requirements for foreign currency risks

·         Prepare and review interim and final reports

·         Coordinate and liaise with external auditors to facilitate audits

·         Perform budget and budgetary control activities

·         Prepare and review financial analysis of listed customers and competitors

Requirements:

·         Degree holder in Accounting or a related field with membership of HKICPA or ACCA is required

·         Minimum of 6 years relevant accounting experience, preferably with Big Four experience

·         Good knowledge of financial reporting standards and listing rules

·         Good team player, meticulous, independent and hard-working

·         Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English

·         Experience in Oracle will be a plus
