Finance Manager

【工作内容】

1、全面负责越南公司财务核算与管理工作，审核各类财务报表，确保数据准确合规；

2、主导年度预算编制及执行监控，开展经营分析，为管理层提供决策支持；

3、统筹税务筹划与申报工作，维护税企关系，有效管控税务风险；

4、建立并优化内部控制体系，监督资金流转安全，提升资金使用效率；

5、带领团队完成审计配合、融资对接及跨部门协作等专项任务。

【任职要求】

1、本科及以上学历，财务、会计或相关专业，持有中级及以上职称或CPA证书；

2、五年以上电子/半导体行业财务管理经验，熟悉行业成本核算与税务政策；有三年以上集团财务管理工作经验;

3、精通财务软件及Office办公软件，具备优秀的财务分析与报表编制能力；

4、熟悉国家财经法规及会计准则，原则性强，具备良好的职业操守与保密意识；

5、具有较强团队管理能力、沟通协调能力及抗压能力，能适应快节奏工作。

6、能配合集团出差;

[Work Content]

1. Fully responsible for the financial accounting and management of the Vietnam company, reviewing various financial statements to ensure data accuracy and compliance;

2. Lead the annual budget preparation and execution monitoring, conduct operational analysis, and provide decision-making support to management;

3. Coordinate tax planning and filing tasks, maintain tax-employer relationships, and effectively manage tax risks;

4. Establish and optimize the internal control system, monitor the security of fund flows, and improve fund utilization efficiency;

5. Lead the team in completing specialized tasks such as audit coordination, financing对接, and cross-departmental collaboration.

【Job Requirements】

1. Bachelor's degree or higher, major in finance, accounting, or related fields, with intermediate or higher professional titles or CPA certification;

2. Over five years of financial management experience in the electronics/semiconductor industry, with a strong understanding of industry cost accounting and tax policies; at least three years of experience in group financial management;

3. Proficient in financial software and Office productivity tools, with excellent financial analysis and reporting capabilities;

4. Proficient in national financial regulations and accounting standards, with strong principles, good professional ethics, and a strong sense of confidentiality;

5. Possess strong team management, communication, and coordination skills, as well as resilience under pressure, with the ability to adapt to fast-paced work environments.

6. Able to coordinate with the group for business trips;
