Finance Manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, with 5–8 years of experience in Finance.
• Experience in the power generation, energy, or power plant sector is a strong plus.
• Proficient in cash flow management, treasury, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Strong financial control mindset: assertive, meticulous, disciplined, and rigorous in financial oversight.
• High integrity with sharp financial analytical skills.
• Strong negotiation skills, especially with external partners.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all core finance activities, including cash flow, treasury, payments, budgeting, and financial planning.
• Develop financial analyses and management reports to support strategic decision-making.
• Manage relationships and lead negotiations with banks and insurance companies regarding the company's financial needs.
• Ensure full compliance with internal SOPs, company policies, and applicable tax regulations.
• Strengthen internal financial controls and reporting systems.
• Drive business growth through effective financial planning and performance management.
