Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
• Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.
• Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions.
• Improve financial processes and controls for efficiency and accuracy.
• Oversee accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions.
• Support senior management with financial insights and strategic recommendations.
• Lead and mentor finance/accounting team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role (typically 5+ years).
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
