Finance Manager

• Report to Chairman
• Preparing monthly P/L, BS, T/B reports, project reports, management reports & analysis independently
• Checking & Approving payment application
• Support to prepare international tax reports
• Assist in any other ad-hoc duties and projects assigned

A successful Finance Manager should have:

• Strong expertise in accounting and finance within the shipping industry is a prefer.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience especially in the accounting and finance.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting.
• Solid understanding of regulatory requirements.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Mandarin is a must.
• Ability to manage financial risks effectively.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Familiar with BVI, Cayman fund management

Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of Accounts
• Solid experience in preparing consolidated financial statements
• Maintain daily treasury operation function
• Meet tight deadline
