Finance Manager

About the role

This role involves managing treasury, budgeting, and financial strategy while overseeing end-to-end accounting operations, tax management, and compliance. You will lead and mentor finance teams, coordinate audits, and partner across divisions to align financial plans with operational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage cash flow, liquidity, annual budgeting, and financial analysis (margins, profitability, cost efficiency) while providing data-driven insights to support business growth and cost optimization
• Oversee end-to-end accounting operations, AR/AP management, monthly/annual closings, and financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) in compliance with local accounting standards (SAK) and internal controls
• Direct tax planning, ensure timely tax filings (VAT, Income Tax), handle tax audits, restitutions, and disputes, and monitor regulatory updates
• Lead and mentor the Finance, Accounting, and Tax teams
• Coordinate internal/external audits
• Partner across divisions (Sales, Supply Chain, Procurement, HR) to align financial plans with operational goals

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's preferred)
• Brevet A & B required (Brevet C is a plus)
• 4–5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax, including 1–3 years in a managerial role
• Background in FMCG, Manufacturing, or High-Volume Distribution is strongly preferred
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Odoo, Accurate, etc.)
• Proven track record in end-to-end financial reporting, cash flow management, tax planning/audits, budgeting, forecasting, and cross-functional business partnering
