About the role
RSV Helmets is looking for a Finance Manager to lead the Finance function end-to-end and play a key role in strengthening financial control, reporting, compliance, and overall business performance. You will be a strong leader and people manager who is technically capable, detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and confident in making decisions.

- Finance team management and development
About you
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Management, with a Finance concentration
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Finance
- At least 2 years of experience at Managerial/Head level
- Strong knowledge of Finance, Accounting, Tax, A/R, A/P, Cash Flow, Budget Control & Financial Reporting
- Strong understanding of PSAK and Indonesian tax regulations
- Brevet A & B certification is required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Experience with Finance & Accounting systems / ERP such as Jurnal, Jubelio, or equivalent
- Willing to be based in Bandung
