Finance Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the financial functions including financial review, statutory reporting, budgetary control & recommendations to the management
• Prepare various business reports, variance analysis, FP&A with strong business acumen for review with department heads in a timely and effective manner
• Proactively engage with operation and business holders to drive business performance to achieve company’s financial goals
• Actively support business expansion by providing support for legal and contract review, compliance of foreign entities, collaboration with company stakeholders
• Closely coordinate with auditors/tax consultants to ensure annual audit process and compliance are properly managed at both group & subsidiary level
• Efficiently manage accounting team to fulfil daily responsibilities, including but not limited to AP/AR/Cashflow/Tax, with sufficient guidance provided when required
• Participate project and tasks assigned to support business rapid growth through feasibility study, project financials & continuous improvement objectives

Job Requirements:

• University degrees in Accounting or related disciplines, with professional accounting qualifications
• Proven track record of minimum 7 years in financial managerial roles, preferably in eCommerce/Trading/FMCG
• Competencies in both statutory accounting and FP&A
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Solid and practical knowledge of ERP in finance module
• Strong attention to details, good in numerical ability & logical-thinking
• Highly professional and honest, autonomy with self-initiatives to build long term career development
