Job Summary

The FPA Analyst will play a critical role in budgeting, forecasting, and providing insightful financial analysis to drive informed decision-making. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the FPA Analyst will analyze trends, monitor key performance indicators, and help shape the companys financial strategy.

Responsibilities

• Support the annual budgeting process, including setting targets, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Develop and maintain financial models to project revenues, expenses, and key performance metrics.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, identifying variances and providing insights on trends.
• Conduct rolling forecasts to ensure up-to-date projections and address variances to the budget.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on business performance, including cost trends, revenue streams, and profitability.
• Identify and evaluate key drivers of performance, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and improve financial processes, reporting systems, and forecasting methods.
• Implement best practices for data management and reporting to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
