FINANCE MANAGER

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee account setup, consolidations, and integration of financial systems.
• Lead and manage the finance team, providing guidance, training, and performance oversight.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and management reports.
• Support business restructuring, mergers, acquisitions, and new business ventures.
• Prepare account consolidations and identify financial risks for stakeholders.
• Design improvements to financial team workflows and enhance financial statement structures as needed.
• Transition accounts from Google Sheets to accounting software to ensure timely generation of monthly P&L statements.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or ACCA equivalent.
• Strong accounting knowledge with proven adaptability and experience in account setup.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities. , and foster a positive and energetic work environment.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.
• Excellent English communication skills, Chinese language skills preferred.
• Nice to have: Familiar with QuickBooks accounting software is a plus, experienced with crypto transactions and handling foreign exchange gain/loss or relevant fields is a plus
