Finance Manager

DXN Holdings Bhd is listed on Main Board of Bursa Malaysia (Code 5318), in Business since 1993. DXN Holdings Bhd is the investment holdings and management company of DXN Group. Based in Malaysia, with worldwide operations of 79 subsidiaries across 48 countries.

DXN is principally involved in the sales of health-oriented and wellness consumer products through a direct selling model. It operates a vertically integrated production facilities, right from research and development to cultivation, manufacturing, and distribution. DXN's other business activities that primarily serve to support their core business include conducting laboratory testing services for third parties, offering of lifestyle products, and operating cafe.

As part of our ongoing expansion programme, we are seeking a diligent and experienced Finance Manager. This role offers strong opportunities for professional development and career growth within the Group, with placement in Alor Setar, Kedah.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare consolidated financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Review and analyse financial information submitted by subsidiaries to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Manage intercompany reconciliations and elimination entries.
• Coordinate with finance teams across business units to resolve consolidation and reporting issues.
• Support the preparation of annual reports, board papers, and audit schedules.
• Liaise with external auditors and ensure timely completion of statutory audits.
• Monitor changes in accounting standards and assess their impact on the Group.
• Support continuous improvement of consolidation processes and reporting efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACCA, CPA, CA, ICAEW, CIMA) is preferred.
• At least 7–10 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, group consolidation, or audit, with managerial experience.
• Strong knowledge of MFRS.
• Hands-on experience with consolidation systems is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight reporting deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
