Finance Manager

About the role

This is a financial leadership position responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and compliance of all accounting and financial activities in alignment with standards, regulations, and organizational policies. You will prepare corporate budgets, conduct variance analysis, and deliver actionable financial insights to guide management decisions. The role involves recommending, implementing, and streamlining effective accounting systems and internal processes to improve efficiency, while protecting corporate financial viability, managing investment portfolios, and securing long-term financial sustainability. You will design and distribute clear, user-friendly, and accessible financial reports to support decision-making across departments, and collaborate closely in-person with executive leadership and operational teams to align financial strategies with company goals.

Key responsibilities

About you

• 4+ years of leadership in finance and accounting, with a track record of team management and corporate financial planning
• Skilled in budget preparation, tax compliance, investment portfolio optimization, and financial systems design
• Highly analytical and detail-oriented
• Committed to ensuring total financial integrity and organizational sustainability
• Capable of prioritizing tasks and navigating changing regulatory landscapes
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ready to work full-time on-location to maintain strong financial oversight and build cross-departmental relationships
