Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager will manage, control, and organize the day-to-day financial operations and ensure that the Company's finance and accounting functions are performed accurately according to established financial procedures, policies and standards. The Finance Manager is expected to manage all sub-units of the Finance Department at the same time collaborate with other departments to ensure that investments and growth opportunities are thoroughly reviewed and analyzed to improve the Company's financial goals.

About you

• Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Experience with accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance with local regulations
• Proficiency in using spreadsheets, financial software, and other data analysis tools
• Skills in strategic planning, cash flow management, and investment evaluation
• Ability to lead and develop team members, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
• Excellent quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for presenting financial insights and recommendations
• Demonstrated integrity, accountability, and commitment to continuous learning and improvement
• Relevant experience in real estate, leasing, or related industries is preferred
• Experience 10 years (Preferred)
