Finance Manager

About the role

Oxford Distributions, Inc. is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our financial operations team. This is a full-time position based in Ortigas, Pasig City, Metro Manila. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial health of the organisation, managing accounting operations, and providing critical financial guidance to support business decision-making. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency across all areas of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily cash and bank transactions.
• Prepare and maintain regular Cash Position Reports.
• Review processed vouchers and ensure transactions are within the approved company budget.
• Monitor actual expenses against the approved budget.
• Ensure collections are properly recorded, tallied, and reconciled.
• Monitor and ensure timely completion of bank reconciliations and employee/company advances reconciliation.
• Supervise and guide Finance Staff in their day-to-day functions.
• Coordinate and properly schedule checks for signature with authorized signatories.
• Assist in budget preparation, planning, and monitoring.
• Handle payroll uploading and allowance computation.
• Respond to Head Office inquiries and coordinate reporting requirements and alignment.
• Ensure proper documentation and timely submission of Finance reports.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of relevant Finance/Accounting experience, preferably with supervisory experience.
• Good knowledge of cash management, bank transactions, budgeting, and reconciliations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting/finance systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to supervise staff and meet reporting deadlines.
