Responsibilities:

• Financial reporting and analysis: Lead and coordinate the Group’s annual audit, financial analysis and cashflow forecasting process, provide support and guidance to regional finance teams to ensure all deliverables are completed on time with good quality.
• Pillar 2 Assessment: Prepare financial data to assess the impact of Pillar 2 rules across relevant tax jurisdictions.
• Policy formulation and compliance: Formulate and maintain global accounting and treasury policies, ensure local entity compliance aligns with global standards.
• Process improvement: Proactively optimize the process, leverage AI and automation technologies to drive efficiently.
• Ad hoc projects: Participate in other finance initiatives and special assignments as required, provide support to meet business needs and enhance efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Accountancy, Finance or business-related disciplines
• Qualified Accountant of HKICPA / ACCA or other equivalent professional qualifications
• At least 7 years’ relevant working experience, of which 3 years at managerial level and preferably with experience gained from Big 4 and MNC
• Well organized, independent and self-motivated
• Able to work under pressure and always drive for improvement
• Good analytical and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel is a must
• Hands on experience in ERP systems, preferably with SAP experience is an advantage
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
