该职位来源于猎聘 Location: Suzhou, China Reporting To: APAC Finance Director Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Finance Manager to lead the accounting, tax, compliance, and financial planning activities for our China operations. This role will oversee the accounting team, ensure accurate financial reporting and regulatory compliance, support budgeting and forecasting processes, and serve as a key business partner to regional and global leadership. The Finance Manager will play a critical role in strengthening finance operations, driving process improvements, supporting strategic decision-making, and developing a high-performing finance organization in China. Key Responsibilities Accounting, Reporting & Compliance

• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes for China entities.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with US GAAP and local statutory requirements.
• Review journal entries, account reconciliations, and balance sheet substantiation.
• Coordinate external audits, statutory reporting, and regulatory filings.
• Maintain a strong internal control environment and support SOX compliance efforts.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to address accounting, compliance, and audit matters. Tax Management
• Oversee direct and indirect tax compliance, including CIT, VAT, WHT, and transfer pricing matters.
• Manage relationships with external tax advisors and government authorities.
• Support tax planning initiatives while identifying and mitigating tax risks.
• Ensure timely completion of all tax reporting and filing requirements. Financial Planning & Analysis
• Support annual budget, forecast, and long-range planning processes.
• Analyze revenue, margins, operating expenses, working capital, and key business drivers.
• Provide meaningful variance analysis and actionable recommendations to management.
• Develop management reporting, KPI dashboards, and financial insights to support decision-making.
• Support business cases for investments, productivity initiatives, cost optimization programs, and headcount planning. Business Partnership & Process Improvement
• Partner closely with business leaders to support operational and strategic initiatives.
• Provide financial guidance for business decisions, investments, and organizational changes.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, controls, automation, and reporting efficiency.
• Participate in finance transformation, system implementations, restructuring, and other strategic projects. People Leadership
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of finance and accounting professionals across China.
• Drive performance management, talent development, and succession planning.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA, ACCA, US CPA, or equivalent professional certification required.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in accounting, finance, audit, or controllership functions, including people management responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, PRC accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and management reporting preferred.
• Prior experience in a multinational company environment preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Based in Suzhou or willing to relocate.
