About the role
Handle the bookkeeping, monitoring, and control of financial transactions of the property. Provide accurate and reliable information to assist management and operations in evaluating the results of financial operations.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor the billing and collection
- Prepare and comply with the regulatory requirements with BIR, External Auditor and SEC
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliation and dispose / resolve the reconciling items
- Review and analyse yearend forecast and annual budget per property
- Attend to additional concerns/requested financial reports by the BOT/Finance Committee
About you
- Certified Public Accountant
- At least two (2) years of relevant experience in accounting/finance
- Preferably with experience in financial reporting and general accounting
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer-oriented
