FINANCE MANAGER 财务经理

We are looking for a highly competent, detail-oriented, and results-driven Finance Manager to oversee the company’s financial operations and ensure effective financial management, accurate reporting, and strong internal controls.

Key Responsibilities 主要职责

1. Oversee and manage all finance and accounting activities of the company.
   负责统筹和管理公司整体财务及会计工作。
2. Prepare, review, and analyze monthly and periodic financial reports.
   负责编制、审核及分析月度及定期财务报告。
3. Manage the company’s cash flow, including cash receipts, payments, and funding requirements.
   负责公司现金流管理，包括资金收支及资金需求规划。
4. Prepare and monitor annual budgets, financial forecasts, and budget realization.
   负责编制及监督年度预算、财务预测及预算执行情况。
5. Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to Management to support business decision-making.
   进行财务分析，并为管理层提供财务建议，支持公司经营决策。
6. Ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors, suppliers, employees, and other stakeholders.
   确保及时、准确地向供应商、员工及其他相关方支付款项。
7. Supervise Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), bank reconciliation, and other financial transactions.
   监督应付账款（AP）、应收账款（AR）、银行对账及其他财务交易。
8. Ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded and in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
   确保所有财务交易得到准确记录，并符合适用的会计准则。
9. Monitor tax compliance and ensure the company fulfills its tax obligations accurately and on time.
   监督税务合规，确保公司准确、及时履行各项纳税义务。
10. Coordinate with internal and external auditors, banks, tax consultants, and other relevant parties.
    负责与内部及外部审计机构、银行、税务顾问及其他相关方进行协调。
11. Develop, implement, and improve financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
    制定、实施并持续完善财务政策、流程及内部控制制度。
12. Identify financial risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures.
    识别财务风险，并制定和实施相应的风险防控措施。
13. Lead, manage, and develop the Finance & Accounting team.
    负责领导、管理及培养财务会计团队。
14. Monitor team performance and ensure all finance activities are completed accurately and within deadlines.
    监督团队工作表现，确保各项财务工作准确并按时完成。
15. Prepare financial reports, analysis, and recommendations for the Directors/Management.
    为董事及管理层准备财务报告、分析及相关建议。
16. Support Management in strategic financial planning and business development initiatives.
    协助管理层进行战略财务规划及业务发展工作。

Requirements 任职要求

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.
   本科及以上学历，会计、财务、管理或相关专业。

2. Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance/Accounting, with previous experience in a Finance Manager or managerial position preferred.
   至少5年财务/会计相关工作经验，有财务经理或管理岗位经验者优先。

3. Strong knowledge of financial reporting, cash flow management, budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and taxation.
   具备扎实的财务报告、现金流管理、预算、财务预测、会计及税务知识。

4. Good understanding of applicable Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations.
   熟悉印度尼西亚适用的会计准则及税务法规。

5. Strong financial analysis and problem-solving skills.
   具备较强的财务分析及问题解决能力。

6. Ability to prepare, review, and analyze comprehensive financial statements.
   能够独立编制、审核及分析完整的财务报表。

7. Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting or ERP systems is an advantage.
   熟练使用 Microsoft Excel；具有财务软件或 ERP 系统经验者优先。

8. Fluent in Mandarin (both spoken and written); proficiency in English is an advantage.
   中文听说读写流利；具备英语能力者优先。

9. Strong leadership and team management skills.
   具备较强的领导力及团队管理能力。

10. Excellent attention to detail, integrity, accountability, and organizational skills.
    注重细节，具备良好的诚信意识、责任心及组织能力。

11. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across departments and communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
    具备良好的沟通及人际交往能力，能够有效协调各部门工作，并与中文使用者进行良好沟通。

12. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    能够独立工作，同时具备良好的团队合作能力。

13. Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
    能够承受工作压力，并在紧迫的时间要求下按时完成工作。

14. Willing to work full-time and be based in Cikarang Pusat, KITIC..
    愿意在 Cikarang Pusat（KITIC）工作。

15. Manufacturing experience is preferred but not required. Candidates without manufacturing experience are welcome to apply and may select “0 years of experience”.
