- Ensure accurate financial reporting and statutory compliance (GST, Income Tax, ROC)
- Banking relationships
- Oversee cash flow, treasury, and working capital management
- Drive cost optimization and profitability analysis
- Build and manage a strong finance team
- Implement financial systems/ERP for better decision-making
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation & corporate law
- Experience in fundraising/financial modeling
- Excellent leadership and analytical skills
