Job Description

The Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing the overall accounting function, ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and effective coordination across departments to support business operations and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Hands-on experience in Risk Control Matrix (RCM) implementation and monitoring.
• Reconciliation with various statutory compliances, including GST, TDS, PF, ESI , and other statutory requirements.
• Coordination with various departments for smooth accounting and reporting processes.
• Preparation of Management Reports as and when required for business review and decision-making.
• Ensure accuracy of financial records, timely closure of accounts, and adherence to accounting policies and procedures.
• Manage audits, tax filings, and compliance requirements .
• Utilization of SAP B One to streamline accounting processes (added advantage) .
