- Work closely with the Group CFO and manufacturing leadership team to support the smooth operation and continued improvement of the Manufacturing Finance function.
- Oversee the complete monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing process for the Manufacturing segment, including general ledger, reconciliations, provisions, intercompany balances, management accounts and consolidation schedules.

- Improve the use of Oracle NetSuite and related systems, data integrity, reporting quality and finance process efficiency.
- Undertake other finance, governance and business improvement responsibilities assigned by the Group CFO or management.

- Regular performance feedback, training and knowledge sharing opportunities.
- Clear career development opportunities within a listed Group supporting both Manufacturing and Automotive Dealership business segments.
- A collaborative working environment with supportive leaders and colleagues, employee recognition, team building activities and annual company events.
ARE YOU THE ONE?
To be successful in this role, you should have strong technical finance knowledge, practical manufacturing experience and the confidence to work with both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
