A leading healthcare organisation based in Singapore. We are looking for a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our dynamic team and drive financial strategy, controls, and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting and compliance matters including audit, tax, secretarial matters.
• Lead internal and external audit engagements, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
• Identify and implement process redesign and re-engineering initiatives to enhance efficiency.
• Manage system implementations and upgrades, ensuring seamless integration with operations.
• Strengthen internal controls and risk management frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

• Recognized accounting degree and/or professional qualifications such as CA (Singapore).
• At least 5 years of experience in internal and external audit, and financial management.
• Proven track record in process redesign, system implementation, and controls optimization.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a strong advantage.
