Finance Manager

Foodchow is is looking for a Finance Manager who will oversee financial planning, analysis, forecasting, risk management, and strategic financial decision-making. This role is focused on providing management with accurate financial insights, business analysis, and forward-looking recommendations to support profitability, sustainable growth, and operational efficiency. This is a non-transactional finance role. Daily cash handling, cash collections, treasury operations, and routine accounting entries are managed by the Accounting and Treasury teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support business growth and expansion.
• Analyze profitability, costs, pricing, business performance, and financial trends; provide actionable recommendations to management.
• Identify financial and operational risks, monitor compliance, and strengthen internal financial controls.
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, KPIs, and management presentations for decision-making.
• Work closely with Accounting, Treasury, Sales, Operations, and Purchasing teams to align financial strategies with business objectives.
• Lead and mentor the finance team in financial analysis, reporting, and strategic planning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred but not required)
• At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in financial planning, financial analysis, FP&A, corporate finance, or a similar managerial/supervisory role.
• Experience in FMCG, food distribution, trading, logistics, or a similar industry is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and management reporting.
• Experience with financial modeling, variance analysis, profitability analysis, and financial planning.
• Good understanding of Philippine tax, financial, and corporate compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets and financial reporting tools.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate financial data into practical business recommendations.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Preferably residing in Silang, Cavite, or nearby areas
