Finance Manager

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will address conflicts or issues, engaging in conversations with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, while upholding professional and technical standards.

Responsibilities

• Leading the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of Oracle Financials to optimize financial processes
• Managing client engagements by analyzing client needs and providing tailored software solutions
• Guiding teams in the strategic planning and execution of finance transformation initiatives
• Utilizing Oracle Financials and related tools to enhance financial reporting and compliance
• Overseeing the integration of financial systems to support seamless business operations
• Developing and delivering training sessions to clients for effective utilization of Oracle Financials
• Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to identify opportunities for process improvements
• Collaborating with team leadership to validate quality, timelines, and deliverables
• Mentoring junior staff to develop their skills and encourage professional growth
• Addressing conflicts and engaging in critical conversations with stakeholders to resolve issues

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 4 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
