About the role
Responsible for overall finance, accounting, and cost management of four plants. Lead plant finance teams and report to management/HQ.
Key responsibilities
- Manage budgeting, financial reporting, costing, and business analysis
- Manage cash flow, taxation, audits, and local financial compliance in Thailand
- Strengthen inventory, fixed asset, and internal control management
- Lead plant finance teams and report to management/HQ
About you
- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or related fields
- 8+ years of finance experience; manufacturing and multi-plant experience preferred
- Familiar with Thai taxation, accounting regulations, and manufacturing costing
- Strong leadership, analytical, and cross-functional communication skills
- Working proficiency in English; Chinese is an advantage
