財務經理 Finance Manager

工作職責 Job responsibilities:
1. 管理和優化日常會計業務，包括現金和支出管理，管理每月會計結算並準備財務報表。

2. 管理銀行和基金關係以及資金相關工作。

3. 監督香港和離岸公司以及中國大陸子公司的年度審計和稅務申報。

4. 準備財務分析、財務規劃和預測，包括每日和每月的費用和現金流量報告。

5. 參與建立可靠的內部控制並加強監管合規性，以保護公司資產並提高營運的有效性和效率、紀錄存檔完整性。

6. 提供技術評估、稅務建議以及開發新業務項目的諮詢。

7. 根據需要辦理的其他臨時任務。

1. Manage and streamline daily accounting operations including cash and disbursement management and manage monthly accounting closings and prepare financial statements.
2. Manage bank and funds relations as well as treasury related works.
3. Oversee annual audits and tax returns for Hong Kong and offshore companies as well as subsidiaries in mainland China.
4. Prepare financial analysis, financial planning and forecasts including daily and monthly expense and cash flow reports.
5. Participate in constructing reliable internal control and strengthening regulatory compliance to safeguard company’s assets and improve effectiveness and efficiency of operations.
6. Render technical assessments, tax advice, and counsel for developing new business projects.
7. Other ad-hoc tasks as required.

任職要求 Job requirements:
1. 五年以上香港財務公司/投資公司財務管理經驗。 有會計或財務經理經驗者優先。

2. 大學會計學專業畢業。

3. 精通公司日常會計業務、月結、資金管理及銀行往來調節。

4. 具備良好的財務分析能力，能夠編制財務報告並解決問題。

5. 工作認真負責，具有高度的責任感。 自我激勵，具有良好的個人誠信、分析與領導能力。

6. 請提供中文履歷、普通話流利。

7. 經驗少者將考慮聘用職位於助理會計經理。

8. 能立即入職者優先。

9. More than five years of financial management experience in Hong Kong financial companies/investment companies. Applicants with accounting or financial manager experience are preferred.

10. Graduated from university in accounting, finance or related majors.

11. Proficient in the company's daily accounting business, monthly settlement, fund management and bank reconciliation.

12. Have good financial analysis ability, able to prepare financial reports and solve problems.

13. Work seriously and responsibly, with a high sense of responsibility. Self-motivated with good personal integrity, analytical and leadership skills.

14. Please provide Chinese resume and proficient in both written and spoken Mandarin.

15. Less experiences will be considered as the position for assistant finance manager.
