Finance Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on and reliable Finance Manager to oversee the full spectrum of finance and accounting functions. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate financial reporting, effective cash flow management, strong internal controls, and overall financial stability of the company.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Oversee full set of accounts and monthly closing
• Prepare management accounts and financial reports
• Monitor receivables, payables, and cost control
• Strengthen internal controls and financial processes
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and authorities
• Provide financial insights to support business decisions
• Develop and lead the accounts team, providing guidance and mentorship

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent; professional qualification (ACCA / CPA / MIA) preferred
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in a similar capacity
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and statutory requirements
• Experience in payroll processing and compliance with labour regulations
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Able to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines
• Good leadership skills with experience in managing and developing a team
