Finance Manager

The Finance Manager oversees the company’s financial and treasury operations, with a focus on cash management, liquidity, financial controls, reporting, and compliance. The role ensures effective management of company funds, financial stability, and accurate and timely financial reporting while supporting business growth and operational needs.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee treasury, cash management, liquidity, and cash flow activities.
• Manage banking relationships, payment processes, and treasury operations.
• Monitor financial risks, including foreign exchange, interest rate, and liquidity risks.
• Ensure accurate financial records, reconciliations, and timely reporting.
• Oversee month-end and year-end closing and support internal and external audits.
• Develop financial strategies related to working capital, budgeting, funding, and business growth.
• Establish and maintain effective financial and treasury controls and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Improve finance processes, systems, reporting, and operational efficiency.
• Lead and support the Finance team and collaborate with Accounting, banks, auditors, and other stakeholders.
• Perform other finance-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in Finance, Treasury, Accounting, or financial management.
• CPA license if preferred.
• Strong experience in cash flow, liquidity management, financial analysis, budgeting, and financial controls.
• Knowledge of treasury operations, accounting principles, banking relationships, and banking covenants.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial/accounting software.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work on-site in Cebu City and travel to Manila when required.

Pay: Php55,000.00 - Php120,000.00 per month
