KOLs.Asia is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead financial operations across the Group and provide the analysis, controls and guidance needed to support sound business decisions.

This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-moving influencer marketing and digital agency. You will oversee reporting, planning, cash flow and accounting operations while developing the finance team and improving how financial work is managed through systems and automation.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

Financial Planning and Business Partnership

• Lead financial planning, forecasting and analysis across the Group.
• Turn financial results into practical insights and recommendations for senior management.
• Work with department leaders to align financial plans with business priorities and improve profitability.

Budgeting and Cost Management

• Lead the annual budgeting process and monitor performance against approved budgets.
• Review expenditure, identify cost pressures and recommend appropriate controls or efficiency improvements.

Financial Reporting and Compliance

• Ensure timely and accurate financial statements, management reports and Group consolidated financial statements.
• Maintain compliance with applicable accounting standards, financial regulations and internal policies.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities and other relevant parties.

Cash Flow, Risk and Controls

• Manage cash flow, liquidity and working capital to support business needs.
• Identify financial risks and strengthen internal controls to safeguard company assets.

Accounting Operations

• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable and the general ledger for the companies within the Group.
• Ensure invoices, payments, collections and reconciliations are processed accurately and on time.
• Maintain reliable financial records and consistent accounting practices.

Finance Systems and Process Improvement

• Improve financial reporting and operational efficiency through suitable systems, automation and digital payment processes.
• Review existing workflows, reduce manual work and strengthen the accuracy of financial information.

Team Leadership and Funding Support

• Lead, coach and develop the finance team, with clear expectations for accuracy, accountability and performance.
• Assess investment or funding needs when they arise, support capital allocation decisions and manage relationships with banks and other financial institutions.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Essential requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in finance roles.
• Strong experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
• Ability to oversee core accounting operations, cash flow and financial controls.
• Proficiency with financial software and ERP systems.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Added advantages

• A master’s degree or professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA or CFA.
• Experience preparing Group consolidated financial statements.
• Experience implementing or improving finance systems, automated accounts payable processes or digital payment workflows.
• Experience in a growing SME, agency, digital business or group of companies.
