Finance Manager

JT Auto Group is seeking an experienced Automotive Finance Manager to assist customers with financing and protection products while ensuring compliant, profitable deals. This role is ideal for a driven F&I professional who values ethical selling, strong lender relationships, and consistent deal volume.

Key Responsibilities

• Present and sell finance and aftermarket protection products
• Secure lender approvals and funding
• Structure finance and lease deals accurately and efficiently
• Ensure all deals comply with federal and state regulations
• Maintain and grow lender relationships
• Review contracts in transit to ensure timely funding
• Support and train the sales team on finance programs and processes
• Deliver a professional, transparent customer experience
• Jump in and close High potential Sale deals

• Have proven F&I closing experience
• Are comfortable presenting products ethically and confidently
• Understand compliance and documentation requirements

Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive F&I experience required
• Strong lender relationships preferred
• Working knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must pass background and drug screening

Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
