About the role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team in Jakarta on a full-time basis. In this pivotal position, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations and reporting for Rintisan Teknologi Waralaba. The Finance Manager plays a critical role in driving financial strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing the financial insights that inform key business decisions. You will manage our accounting functions, maintain financial controls, and work closely with senior leadership to optimise our financial performance and support the company's growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all accounting and financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger management, and bank reconciliations
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analyses for management review and stakeholder communication
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Manage budgeting processes, including the preparation, monitoring, and variance analysis of annual and departmental budgets
• Direct and supervise the accounting team, including staff training, development, and performance management
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, statutory requirements, and financial reporting standards
• Conduct financial analysis and provide strategic recommendations to senior management to support business planning and decision-making
• Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and other financial stakeholders
• Monitor cash flow and implement strategies to optimise working capital management
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation and filing of all financial transactions

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline

• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in accounting or financial management roles, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity

• Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling capabilities

• Demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management

• Strong understanding of internal controls, compliance frameworks, and risk management

• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both Indonesian and English

• Professional accounting qualification such as CPA, CA, or equivalent is preferred

• Proven track record of leading, mentoring, and developing finance teams effectively

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all financial work
